Human Resources (HR)

HR maintains the database of BURT, which contains the member's information, contacts, and other information. Before any event or meeting, HR contacts the members to make a list of who will join the event and conference. Later they keep track of attendees and volunteers in each event. They also majorly work in recruitment, performance management, and even termination. They are also in charge of creating forms and informing people during recruitment and events.

Advantages:Students will gain experience in the work of HR, learn to communicate with people, management skills, and completing tasks in an organized way.
